This is a designated seating event. The tickets you purchased are good for up to 6 people seated in the same "pod" on the hill OR the General Admission Area. Please ensure to update the attendees prior to the day of the event. Aim to arrive at the same time and check in together. If anyone arrives separately from your main group, please ensure they have a copy of the ticket with their name listed as an attendee and that they have ID on them.

Lawn chairs are NOT allowed at this event. Please bring ground seating with you to allow for everyone to enjoy the show!

Music Starts at 6:00PM.

Please note the following details:

-Entrance is through the Edmonton Ski Club Parking Lot located at 9613 96 Avenue NW

-Please note that there is NO parking onsite or in the community of Cloverdale.

-Parking is available at the Bonnie Doon Shopping Centre and a FREE shuttle will be made available to and from the site on the day of the event. Shuttles start running at 5:00PM and end at 10:00PM. Book your shuttle time if required

-On-site washrooms are available

-People are encouraged to ride a bike or find an alternative forms of transportation to and from the event

-Food will be available in the food truck "village" in the main parking lot. Food orders can be placed with each food truck on-site and taken to your seating area. Please get your food prior to going to your seat.

-This is an all ages licenced event. There will be NO outside alcohol allowed. Those of legal age will be ID'd and given a wrist band allowing the consumption of alcohol purchased on site.

-ALL alcohol orders will be completed via FanFood App and delivered to individuals in their seating area

COVID INFORMATION: Masks are REQUIRED on the shuttle and STRONGLY RECOMMENDED unless seated and eating and/or drinking. If you are exhibiting any symptoms leading up to the event please stay home to isolate and contact us directly at livemusic@edmontonskiclub.com
